Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team at a dynamic clothing company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the efficient movement of inventory, assisting with the picking, packing, loading, and unloading of goods within our warehouse. You will also be responsible for utilizing RF scanners to track and manage inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Picking:
Accurately retrieve clothing items based on customer orders or inventory requests using RF scanners.

* Packing:
Safely pack clothing products for shipment, ensuring items are protected and correctly labeled.

* Loading and Unloading:
Efficiently load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring that goods are handled with care and in compliance with safety standards.

* Inventory Management:
Use RF scanners to scan products, track stock, and update inventory records.

* Quality Control:
Inspect products for any defects or damages during picking and packing processes.

* Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety standards and practices while working in the warehouse, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Collaboration:

Work closely with warehouse team members to meet productivity goals and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

* Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred but not required.

* Ability to operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary).

* Physical stamina to lift, move, and handle packages weighing up to 40 pounds.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
