Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced tennis coach to lead group classes and support the development of junior and adult players. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and competitive play. While RSPA (USPTA), PTR, or ITF tennis certifications are preferred, they are not required.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience
- Passion for tennis, and/or pickleball, and a strong commitment to youth development
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- At least 1 year of experience coaching children preferred
- Must pass Live Scan fingerprinting and/or background check clearance
- Only candidates located within driving distance of the class location (no out-of-state or international applicants)
- Additional opportunities may be available at other Johnny Allen Tennis locations
- Coaches retain 100% of all private lesson earnings
- Performance bonuses available
