Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Volt is immediately hiring for a Maintenance Lead in Fullerton, CA.

As a Maintenance Lead you will:

• Assist maintenance technicians with routine repairs and upkeep
• Help set up, organize, and clean work areas
• Inspect equipment:
  Electrical, Plumbing, carpentry
• Lubricate parts, clean filters, and perform simple scheduled maintenance
• Report issues or potential hazards to supervisors
• Use power and hand tools
• Basic forklift maintenance (changing wheels and lights)

This is a full‑time opportunity.

• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs depending on the employer
• Comfortable standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working in cold environments
• Ability to work independently and with associates
• Able to prioritize daily projects as well as learn new skills
• Safe around equipment and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Familiarity with tools like drills, wrenches, ladders, and power tools

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Nice‑to‑have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
