Security Officer Distribution Center

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and employees by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Control access at entry points by checking identification, verifying authorization, issuing temporary credentials as directed, and maintaining visitor and vehicle logs.;
Coordinate truck and delivery traffic by confirming appointments and/or load information as required, directing drivers to appropriate staging areas, and communicating with site contacts regarding access approvals.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting events, and supporting on-site response as instructed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter, and monitor cameras and/or alarm systems when assigned to help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and/or property damage.
