As we continue to expand our footprint across the U.S., we’re seeking a motivated, relationship‑driven National Account Executive – Property Management to grow our presence within the property management sector.
Position OverviewThe National Account Executive – Property Management is responsible for developing and managing relationships with property management companies, facility operators, and multi‑site portfolio owners. This role focuses on identifying retrofit opportunities, presenting value‑driven solutions, and driving revenue through consultative selling.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Fullerton, CA, with occasional travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify, target, and acquire new property management clients across commercial, industrial, and multi‑family portfolios.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of lighting retrofit and EV charging opportunities.
- Conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and lead presentations with decision-makers and influencers.
Consultative Sales
- Perform discovery sessions to understand client needs, operational challenges, and budget constraints.
- Present proposals, ROI analyses, and incentive‑driven financial models.
- Educate clients on utility rebates, tax incentives, and compliance requirements relevant to their properties.
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth project execution.
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Market Engagement
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand Logic Lamp’s presence.
- Provide market insights to leadership to support strategic planning and product development.
Required
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within property management, building services, construction, energy solutions, or related fields.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executives and facility teams.
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and close deals.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- In-office availability in Fullerton, CA.
Preferred
- Experience selling lighting retrofits, EV charging solutions, or energy‑efficiency upgrades.
- Familiarity with national energy codes, rebates, and sustainability programs.
- Existing relationships within property management networks.
- CRM experience (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Relationship-driven mindset.

- Ability to collaborate across teams.
- Base salary: $65,000–$75,000.
- Commission on the estimated profit of each authenticated sale (uncapped).
