Corrugated Machine Operator

Shift
Hours:
9:30pm-6am (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: $20.77 per hour
Overtime:
Must be flexible to work overtime as needed
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Corrugated Machine Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift at our Fullerton facility. As a Corrugated Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery to produce high-quality corrugated products in a safe and efficient manner. This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime based on production needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor corrugated machinery to ensure the production of quality products.
* Set up and adjust machines according to job specifications and production requirements.
* Conduct routine inspections of machines to ensure proper function and identify maintenance needs.
* Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance when necessary.
* Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Maintain clean work areas and adhere to company standards for safety, quality, and cleanliness.
* Document production data and report any discrepancies or concerns to supervisors.
* Be flexible and willing to work overtime as required to meet production demands.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with corrugated machinery, is a plus but not required.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must wear steel-toe boots and follow all safety guidelines.
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Flexible to work overtime, including weekends if necessary.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Ability to work in an industrial environment, which may include exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
