Where You Will WorkConsolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) is the primary division of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace. We are a leading innovator and strategic partner in the manufacturing of fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.
The JobAs a Manufacturing Engineer III, you’ll be part of our engineering team working as an onsite employee, developing, evaluating, and enhancing manufacturing methods for aerospace machined components.
- Support manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Assist with creating and maintaining work instructions, routers, and standard operating procedures
- Support process changes, validations, and shop‑floor improvements
- Participate in NPI, FAI, and continuous improvement projects
- Collect and analyze basic manufacturing data (cycle time, scrap rate, yield)
- Review and implement manufacturing drawings and engineering change notices
- Support cost‑reduction and efficiency initiatives
- Participate in PFMEA, Process Capability, and RCCA studies

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering (or equivalent hands‑on experience considered)
- 3+ years of engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of CNC manufacturing and aerospace standards
- Experience with AS9100 and NADCAP standards
- Knowledge of GD&T, fixturing, and gaging methods
- Statistical process control experience in the aerospace industry
- Basic computer skills:
Microsoft Office Suite, strong knowledge of Solid Works or other modeling software - Experience in metal manufacturing, especially using titanium and/or nickel‑based superalloys
- Position subject to ITAR requiring U.S. person status

The base pay range for this position in California is $79,100.00 – $ USD per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package.
