- Compensation: $22.00/hr; plus shift differential

- Direct responsibility for the day-to-day operations of running packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment
- Will be required to make process changes to the production equipment
- Frequently assists other operators on the equipment
- Operate mobile equipment including forklift, and pallet jack, and help replenish raw materials such as corrugate, stretch wrap, caps, etc.
- Transact in plant warehouse management system/SAP
- Perform operator care on the line
- Participate in training, communicate, and follow up on what is needed for the production line to succeed
- Complete all daily tasks and keep the plant audit ready at all times
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
- Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays and different shifts with advance notice
- At least 6 months of experience in production and manufacturing
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift experience
- Experience with SAP and automated plant control systems
- High school diploma/GED or a minimum of one-year equivalent work experience
