About the CompanyGold’s Gym is quickly expanding and seeks a Membership Services Manager to help deliver world‑class service to our clubs and members by leveraging deep knowledge of company products and programs.
Role OverviewAs the Membership Sales Manager, you will lead a high‑performing membership team, drive sales and revenue, build strong relationships with club staff and members, and ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Manage membership sales generation for the facility.
- Develop and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics including employee retention and satisfaction.
- Train staff to generate leads/new business through member promotions, leads, referrals, and guest passes.
- Assemble and manage a fully engaged, high‑performing membership team that aligns with company initiatives and culture.
- Ensure that project/department milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved budgets.
- Enforce all club rules, policies, and promote proper execution of procedures.
- Keep the club fully staffed through application review, interviewing, and hiring recommendations to the general manager.
- Manage employee performance through coaching and by creating a healthy, positive working environment.
- Conduct weekly meetings with direct reports to review performance and provide direction and guidance toward achieving individual and club goals.
- Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment.
- Effective communication, listening, delegation, and follow‑up skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent motivational, communication, and team‑building skills.
- College degree preferred.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Fitness industry experience preferred.
- Positive, upbeat, and outgoing attitude; passion for hospitality and excellence for our members.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment without sacrificing quality of service.

Salary range: $66,560.16 - $70,600.00 per year.
Physical RequirementsMust be able to move and lift up to 35 lbs. Must stand for extended periods and maintain a professional demeanor, clear communication, and a clean uniform.
