Job SummaryTryfacta is seeking IT Management Services Professionals for our municipal client in Fullerton, CA 92832. This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting a large public-sector IT environment. All positions are onsite from day one and require hands‑on support across multiple City facilities, including public safety departments. Candidates must meet the qualifications listed below to be considered.

Fullerton, CA 92832
Duration3-year base contract with potential extensions (Expected project start: July 2026)
Work Schedule- Full-time, onsite
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Alternate Fridays: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- 24/7 on‑call support required as part of a rotation

Responsibilities- Provide onsite IT support across City facilities, including Police and Fire departments
- Manage and support network infrastructure, servers, and wireless environments
- Perform monitoring, patching, backups, and disaster recovery support
- Deliver hands‑on desktop, hardware, and application support
- Operate and support IT Help Desk services, including ticket intake and escalation
- Maintain cybersecurity controls, incident response, and compliance standards
- Support and maintain City website content, security, performance, and accessibility
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Advanced Cisco network infrastructure experience
- Server administration (on‑prem and cloud)
- Security incident response and disaster recovery ownership
- Hands‑on Cisco switching/routing experience
- Network and server troubleshooting in an enterprise environment
- Strong desktop, hardware, and onsite support experience
- Ticketing systems and end‑user troubleshooting
- Level 1 help desk experience with call handling and ticket triage
- Strong documentation and escalation skills
- CMS administration and website maintenance experience
- Accessibility compliance knowledge (WCAG/ADA)
- Ability to work onsite in Fullerton, CA from day one
- Willingness to undergo background checks and fingerprinting where required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
