A leading HVAC and Plumbing company in California is seeking an experienced Labor Compliance Specialist to manage compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations for public construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in labor compliance, particularly in California, and will be responsible for overseeing payroll reporting and ensuring adherence to labor laws. A detailed understanding of the Davis-Bacon Act and strong project management skills are essential.

This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $32-$38 per hour, and a signing bonus of $2000 after one month of employment.
