Sterile Processing Technician * Nights* Fullerton, CA

Overview

Sterile Processing Technician - Full-time Nights at St Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA. This position is for a Full-time 8-hour Night Shift.

• Cleaning, preparation and sterilization of instruments, trays and equipment.
• Operating departmental machinery.
• Receiving, labeling, stocking and delivery of supplies and equipment.
• Operating a computer, answering phones and filling orders.
• Cleaning and sanitizing of work surfaces and storage areas.

Required Qualifications:

• National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association within 1 year of hire, or National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution within 1 year of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years experience as SPD tech.

The base pay range is listed; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
