Supervisor Clinic LPN LVN

Overview

Working under the direction of the Sr. Nurse Manager and/or Site Manager/Director, this position has direct responsibility for the supervision of staff in the clinical department. Ensures staff is providing patient care within the scope of practice outlined by the California Board of Nursing.

• Supervise staff in the clinical department under the direction of the Sr. Nurse Manager and/or Site Manager/Director.
• Ensure staff provide patient care within the scope of practice outlined by the California Board of Nursing.

• Coursework/Training:
  Graduate of an accredited nursing program at a vocational school or college.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 3 years of recent experience in an acute care facility or medical group practice with 1 year in a medical practice.
• Employee supervision/management experience.

• EMR and/or IDX experience.
