As a Plant Controller Aerofit you will be part of our Industrial Finance Controllership team, working on‑site. Your responsibilities include a blend of financial governance and operational partnership.
Financial Governance & Internal Controls- Maintain accurate financial statements in strict accordance with US GAAP and corporate policies.
- Lead comprehensive month‑end and quarterly closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Drive full compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) requirements and continuously improve the site’s internal control environment.
- Oversee inventory management, including coordination of year‑end physical inventories, cycle‑counting programs, and development of robust control procedures.
- Manage the fixed‑asset sub‑ledger, including expenditure monitoring, CIP reviews, and asset audits.
- Proactively identify accounting risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Plant Manager and operations team to provide transparent, actionable financial reporting.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Analyze plant performance and variances, translating data into insights that drive operational improvements.
- Provide high‑level scenario modeling and ad‑hoc business‑case analysis to support strategic investment and ROI.
- Deliver financial presentations to plant leadership, business units and corporate stakeholders.
- Standardize routine business processes to eliminate waste and drive value creation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and professional development within the finance and operations teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Experience: 7–10 years with a proven track record in a manufacturing operations environment with deep knowledge of cost accounting; at least 5 years in a manufacturing setting.
- Technical
Skills:- Proficiency in financial statement analysis, product costing and business‑case development.
- Experience with Epicor Avante and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is highly preferred.
