**** The Job:
** As a Plant Controller, Aerofit, you’ll be part of our Industrial Finance Controllership team working as an on-site employee.
You’ll get to:
** Financial Governance & Internal Controls
*** Maintain accurate financial statements in strict accordance with US GAAP and corporate policies.
* Lead comprehensive month-end and quarterly closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
* Drive full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and continuously improve the site’s internal control environment.
* Oversee inventory management, including the coordination of year-end physical inventories, cycle counting programs, and the development of robust control procedures.
* Manage the fixed asset sub-ledger, including expenditure monitoring, Construction-in-Progress (CIP) reviews, and asset audits.
* Proactively identify accounting risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
** Operational Business Partnership
*** Collaborate with the Plant Manager and operations team to provide transparent, actionable financial reporting.
* Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
* Analyze plant performance and variances, translating data into insights that drive operational improvements.
* Provide high-level scenario modeling and ad-hoc business case analysis to support strategic investment and ROI.
* Deliver financial presentations to plant leadership, business units, and corporate stakeholders.
* Standardize routine business processes to eliminate waste and drive value creation.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development within the finance and operations teams.
** The Person:**
* *
* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
* *
* Experience:

** 7-10 years experience with proven track record in a manufacturing operations environment with deep knowledge of cost accounting.  Must have at least 5 years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
* ** Technical

Skills:

**  + Proficiency in financial statement analysis, product costing, and business case development.  +

Experience with
** Epicor Avante
** and
** Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
** is highly preferred.
