We seek an exceptional individual to join our Educational Leadership team as the Administrative Support Coordinator I.

Under general supervision, the Administrative Support Coordinator I independently provides a full range of administrative, financial, technical and support services for the Department of Educational Leadership which serves approximately three hundred students in the master’s degree, Preliminary and Professional Administrative Credential, doctoral degree programs. Responsible for the coordination, room reservation and event planning of department meetings, professional development events, retreats and other special projects.
Serves as office lead and oversees hiring, training, and development of student assistants working in the department. Responds to problems and needs of students and faculty which may require confidentiality and research, interpreting, and resolving problems based on knowledge of university policies and procedures.
Oversee department resources including general office supply inventory, purchases and technology services. Researches information, compiles data and prepares reports for department needs. Plans and coordinates schedule of classes, room assignments, textbook orders, and space utilization between other college departments. Assist chair in preparing reports for the Dean's Office, Vice President of Academic Affairs (VPAA), state and national credentialing agencies, and the Chancellor's Office.
