- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A passion for customer retention and pro‑active execution of company's customer retention plan.
- Efficient and professional handling of customer calls for service orders or inquiries.
- Performing all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer loyalty.
- Serve as a customer service leader within the company through a willingness to work cohesively with other departments and all individuals.
- Able to be On‑Call during non‑working office hours every 4‑6 weeks for a full week.
- Dispatch technicians and monitor their actual work hours.
- Provide administrative support to technicians and field management.
- Track service vehicles via Samsara.
- Manage and follow through on unbilled work orders.
- Accurate and timely preparation of bid proposals.
- Accurate and timely resolve Customer Inquiries.
