Position: Marketplace Manager (Fullerton, CA)
Avocado is currently looking for a
** Marketplace & Growth Initiatives Manage
** r to be part of the Sales Operations team. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales Operations.
* Own rollout and expansion of the Amazon Transparency Program across eligible SKUs.
* Coordinate Transparency enrollment, code generation, and dashboard monitoring.
* Ensure compliance with Transparency requirements and escalation of alerts or issues.
* Support future SKU expansion into the Transparency program.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in operations, e-commerce, marketplace management, or project management.
* Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
* Regular and predictable attendance.
* Stationary position:
Must be able to remain stationary 60% of the time.
* Move:
This role involves moving throughout the office and manufacturing space to meet with different team members.
* Operate:
Constantly operates a computer and other office machines such as printers and tablets.
* Communicate:
This role frequently communicates with team members and leaders regarding performance, risks, and priorities.
