Capital Programs and Facilities Management (CPFM) is committed to planning, developing, and maintaining a safe, sustainable, and high‑quality learning and working environment for the campus community. Facilities Management provides oversight of university resources and assets and is responsible for the development of the University's facilities, including land use planning, capital improvement, project development, construction, as well as facilities operations and maintenance (custodial services, landscape services, building trade services, mechanical and electrical, and recycling services).
We seek an exceptional individual to join our Service Center team as the Service Center Coordinator (Administrative Support Coordinator I). The ideal candidate in this role should have a positive attitude and an active, energetic mind characterized by highly ethical practices and a commitment to inclusivity, openness, flexibility, and integrity.
Under the general direction of the Operations Manager for CPFM, or their designee, the Service Center Coordinator performs a wide range of administrative duties supporting day‑to‑day operations. The Service Center Coordinator has exemplary customer service, is an inclusive team player, demonstrates organizational skills, and has a positive attitude. They are able to identify issues that need to be escalated and have excellent communication skills to report issues.
Serves as a customer service representative in the Service Center, a call center processing all incoming campus requests for facilities maintenance, repairs, minor construction, and alteration projects. In a fast‑paced environment, work independently while ensuring all inquiries are processed and dispatched. Serves as primary contact for calls, emails, and self‑service portal inquiries. Provides support and coordination for projects and tasks relating to operational effectiveness.
Plans, coordinates, and provides direction and training for all staff levels within the department. Other duties as assigned.
