Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician-Mechanical to join our team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and a strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, HVAC systems, and other related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, and belt replacements.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Coordinate with other technicians and contractors for complex repairs and installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Assist in the procurement of spare parts and materials needed for maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergency repairs.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
