Cashier in El-Fujairah, UAE.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cashier who will be responsible for handling transactions at the checkout area. You will be required to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace. This position offers a salary of 1400 per month and is open to foreign applicants.

To successfully fill this role, you should have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, basic math skills and knowledge of money handling procedures. You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in a cashier role is preferred but not necessary.

• Process payments accurately and efficiently according to company policies and procedures
• Greet customers in a friendly manner
• Answer customer questions regarding store related matters
• Provide customers with assistance when needed
• Ensure that the checkout area is kept clean, organized and secure at all times
• Follow all safety regulations while working with cash register equipment
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct
• Maintain proper security measures to prevent theft
