Chef in El-Fujairah, UAE
El-Fujairah is seeking a talented chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the kitchen and possess a strong knowledge of culinary trends.
Responsibilities- Create menus and design cuisine that reflects current culinary trends
- Order and manage supplies to ensure kitchen operations run smoothly
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain efficient workflow
- Ensure kitchen meets health and safety standards and remains hygienic
- Develop creative, visually appealing dishes that meet customer specifications and food safety standards
- 4‑5 years of professional kitchen experience
- Culinary Arts degree or equivalent training
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently under pressure
- Willingness to work long hours and adhere to health and safety regulations
