We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Community Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing the online presence and engagement of our brand's digital community across various social media platforms.

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and traffic.
• Monitor and respond to online conversations and comments from the community.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that resonate with the community.
• Analyze social media data and provide insights to improve community engagement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital community management.
• Plan, organize, and moderate online events to engage the community.
• Build relationships with influencers and other brands within the community to increase reach.
• Provide excellent customer service through prompt and helpful responses to inquiries or concerns from the community.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in digital community management or social media management.
• Proficient in using social media management tools.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for staying updated on current trends in technology, social media, marketing etc.
• Experience working with multicultural communities is a plus.
• No English language proficiency is required as long as the candidate is able to communicate effectively through written messages.
