About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manual Machining Operator with solid experience in manual milling and turning
. The ideal candidate can operate various manual machine tools
, understands the full scope of machining tasks, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Perform manual milling, turning, drilling, and related machining operations
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Measure components accurately using standard inspection tools
- Create basic measurement reports when required
- Identify, modify, and correct parts or processes when necessary
- Ensure precision, quality, and safety in all machining operations
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and supervisors
- Maintain equipment and workspace in good condition
- Proven experience in manual machining (milling and turning essential)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of measurement and quality standards
- Able to document and report measurement results when required
- Capable of adjusting and correcting work as needed
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Ideally under 30 years of age
- Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
