Radio Station Manager (UAE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Radio Station Manager to lead our team at our station located in El-Fujairah, UAE. As the Head of the radio station, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the station's operations, including programming, marketing, and staff management.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase listenership and revenue
• Manage daily operations of the radio station, including scheduling programming, coordinating with DJs and hosts, and ensuring smooth broadcasting
• Create engaging and relevant content for on-air and online platforms
• Oversee marketing efforts to promote the station and its programs
• Hire, train, and manage a team of talented radio professionals
• Monitor budget and expenses to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to coordinate promotions and events

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in radio management or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing industry trends
• Understanding of broadcast regulations and licensing requirements in UAE
• Experience in developing successful marketing strategies
• Knowledge of radio equipment, software, and production techniques
• Must be flexible with working hours including weekends
