We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget. They will be responsible for planning and implementing project activities, monitoring progress against milestones, and coordinating resources to ensure successful delivery of the project.

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the agreed upon requirements
• Establish clear timelines for each phase of the project and ensure that deadlines are met
• Track progress against milestones and communicate with stakeholders regularly to keep them informed about progress
• Develop detailed plans for each phase of the project including resource requirements, cost estimates, timelines etc.
• Monitor expenses against budget and take corrective action as necessary
• Manage changes in scope or resources as needed throughout the project life cycle
• Coordinate activities between internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, operations) as well as external stakeholders (e.g., vendors) to ensure successful delivery of the project

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as engineering or business administration
• At least 3 years of experience working in a leadership role on complex projects
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management techniques such as Agile/Scrum methodology
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
