• Coordination with customers, Support & Customer Service, Sales, Revenue generation.
• Open a minimum of 8 non-borrowing accounts in a month.
• Adhere to and achieve the liability / Forex / Operating income targets from the new bookings.
• Grow the liability base of conventional and Islamic deposits and CASA balances.
• Ensure immediate processing of applications received from customers.
• Ensure account opening processes are in accordance with policy and procedures of NBFs’ compliance and risk appetite statements.
• Have complete knowledge of NBF liability products and offerings, including cash management products.
• Cross-sell FX to potential customers to ensure maximum wallet share and liaise with Treasury Dept. to refer such customers.
• Be aware of products offered in the market by competitors and provide constructive feedback on product, process and service improvement.
• Effectively manage customer grievances and complaints and provide timely resolution.
• Ensure operating income and average balance targets are achieved from existing and new-to-bank customers.
• Safeguard the bank’s reputation and avoid over committing and under delivering.
• Maintain transparency with line manager and declare source of referrals.
• Conduct necessary due diligence jointly as a team and ensure only the right accounts are onboarded per the bank’s risk appetite.
• Maintain the bank’s reputation and, where possible, enhance it.
• Escalate high-risk accounts as needed to alert the team for corrective action.
• Assist the team in obtaining necessary documentation from clients to satisfy due diligence requirements and keep client account records up to date.
• Review CPV reports with RM and address findings prior to onboarding the account.

• Work Experience:
