The small rural community is growing, giving a small-town feel with lots of amenities in town or just across the bridge in Oregon. Ongoing commercial development brings new jobs and growth to the area. The housing market remains stable compared to other growth areas.

• Work as Team Lead RN based in the Emergency Department
• Teach/mentor RNs in de‑escalation techniques, restraint protocols, safety, psychopharmacology and other behavioral health topics
• May do chart audits for restraint documentation
• This is a 1.0 Full‑time Variable, TBD w/ Manager; 3 x 12 hour shifts and a 4 hour admin day per week
• Certification pay available

• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Nursing Degree
• Experience:
  
  3 years’ experience
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
