Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a 650+ provider multispecialty practice seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant committed to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. The position involves direct patient management across clinic and hospital settings, including new and post‑op visits, procedures, APP practice call, inpatient rounding, and operating room surgical assistance. The provider will also ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines, and will request timely consultation or referral with appropriate physicians, clinics, or other health resources as indicated.

• Direct patient management in clinic and hospital settings
• Provide new and post‑operative visits, procedures, and operating room surgical assistance
• Conduct APP practice calls and inpatient rounding
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and facility policies
• Request timely consultation or referral with appropriate healthcare providers as needed

• Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Idaho
• Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA
• Strong medical background and desire to develop a practice supporting a growing multi‑specialty medical group
• Commitment to obtain Idaho and Oregon medical licensure to strengthen the Health System's internal program across all served communities
