Potomac Plumbing & Gas, Inc. is hiring a full-time Lead Plumber to join our growing team based in Front Royal, VA, and serving Northern Virginia, Gainesville, Winchester, Stephens City, Marshall, Warrenton, Haymarket, Leesburg, Bristow, and Manassas. As a Lead Plumber, you earn $30 - $50 per hour. We also throw in some great company-wide benefits and perks, including:

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

You work a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, with no on-call, weekend, or night shifts!

As our Lead Plumber, you'll start your day by heading to job sites across Northern Virginia. You'll be the expert on-site, handling both water and gas line services, solving problems, and ensuring each job is completed with excellence. You'll lead by example, communicate with clients and team members, and take pride in delivering top-tier service.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM OUR LEAD PLUMBER?

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Great customer service and a passion for taking care of customers are a MUST
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

You also need to be willing to travel to jobs within our service area. The ability to service both water and gas lines is essential.
