The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and extensive experience in Continuous Improvement leadership, particularly within manufacturing. Responsibilities include leading Kaizen events, coaching CI tools, and establishing productivity roadmaps. A strong knowledge of SAP and a Six Sigma background are preferred.
