• Operate and maintain equipment essential to aggregate production.
• Perform general plant cleanup, including shoveling, sweeping, and debris removal.
• Assist with routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
• Support production teams with loading, processing, and stockpile management.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard‑free work environment.

• Ability to work safely and follow established procedures.
• Strong awareness of equipment operation and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Reliability and readiness to contribute in a fast‑paced production setting.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks in various outdoor conditions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Successful candidate must submit a post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $23.00-$26.00 per hour
