• Starting hourly rate: $18.78
• Shift differential for 2nd shift: +$1.00 per hour

We are looking for dependable team members with a strong work ethic to fill fundamental roles in our production area. The company is located in the Corridor Connector transit system Rt. 340/522 service area and requires relocation to Front Royal, VA 22630 before the start of employment. The position is full‑time and offers consistent weekly scheduling without rotating shifts.

• Receive, lift, and break down raw material of frozen fruit at the breaking station (carton weights 20 lb to 55 lb).
• Practice and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to open cartons and handle product.
• Pour and fill raw material into inspection trays and visually inspect for defects and foreign materials.
• Fill infeed conveyor hopper and ensure the conveyor is always full.
• Empty accumulation trays under the conveyor in a timely manner.
• Pack products into boxes for storage.
• Stand, bend, lift, stoop, and maintain good eye and hand coordination.
• Work as part of a team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain good attendance.

Previous production experience is a plus.
