This domiciliary care service supports people to live independently in their own homes, with care delivered through clear planning and consistent standards. The Registered Manager holds full responsibility for service delivery, CQC compliance, and staff leadership across the branch. The role offers full-time hours, operational autonomy, and a stable management structure.,

Responsibilities
  • Act as the Registered Manager with overall responsibility for the service
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with CQC regulations and standards
  • Lead, support, and develop the care and office teams
  • Oversee care quality, audits, and risk management
  • Manage recruitment, retention, and staff performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with commissioners, professionals, and families
Qualifications
  • This position requires previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care is essential.
  • This position is not suitable for candidates without CQC registration experience., Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
  • Strong track record with CQC inspections and compliance
  • Confidence managing people, performance, and service delivery
Salary and Contract
  • Salary: £42,000 per year
