  Thu: 07:30–20:00

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join our friendly and dedicated nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive, forward-thinking, and patient-centred general practice serving a diverse population of approximately 14,500 patients.

About the Role:
You will work alongside a dynamic team of nurses, HCAs, and a phlebotomist delivering a wide range of services including:

• Chronic disease management
• Enhanced primary care services
• Health promotion and screening activities
