We are hiring professional CDL-A drivers for our Southwest Regional Fleet
, offering a strong balance of steady miles, predictable routes, and weekly home time. This position is ideal for drivers seeking regional consistency without sacrificing earnings.

• Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset at home
• Average Weekly Miles: ~2,000 miles (based on HOS and availability)
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,100–$1,200 gross
• Average Length of Haul: 300 miles
• Freight: 100% no-touch
  • 50–60% drop & hook
  • 40–50% live unload

• Late‑model equipment:
  2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths
• Well‑maintained, safety‑focused fleet
• 24/7 operations support
  —assistance whenever you need it

• Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after the second hour
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day

Sign-On Bonus:

• $500 after first load
• $500 after 30 days
