D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up. Our mission is to provide the best fitness philosophy and facility to its athletes, empowering them to improve themselves efficiently and consistently. D1 Coaches implement the D1 training philosophy into every workout, adapt and customize programs, maintain regular contact, and monitor progress. D1’s culture is driven to help those around us and to impact and change lives.

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements to best suit the individual at hand.
• Teach and deliver accurate, industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition.
• Ensure athletes use proper form and technique, reducing injury risk.
• Coaching group workouts, personal training, and teams.
• Start and finish workouts on time and assess members for proper program alignment.
• Build and maintain relationships with each D1 member.

• Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.

• Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
• At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
• Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in a group, team, or personal training setting.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field.
