We are seeking a highly motivated and sales‑driven leader to serve as Stretch Manager, helping members achieve their health and wellness goals through customized mobile programs and by building a team of personal trainers focused on assisted stretching.

• Lead generation through marketing and networking.
• Implement the sales process to convert requests for information into paying customers.
• Manage stretch staff schedule.
• Teach other fitness professionals how to perform individual assisted stretches and develop programs based on specific assessments.

• 2+ years of fitness sales and/or operations experience.
• Proven ability to manage and drive program‑based revenue streams.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize deadlines.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to perform assisted stretching programs on clients of all sizes and age groups.
• Goal‑oriented and motivated to exceed monthly production goals.
• Capacity to stand for up to 8 hours in a working day and perform physical labor.
• Knowledge of 25‑ and 50‑minute assisted stretching sessions and ability to conduct them.
• National personal training certification and 1–3 years of experience managing a revenue‑generating fitness program.
• Strong communication skills, motivation to learn exercise science and anatomy, and experience with corrective exercise is preferred.

• Must successfully pass background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, move about club floors and rooms, and communicate with staff, members, and the public.
• Computer proficiency, including document preparation and data entry.
• Physical ability to bend and lift more than 40 lbs repeatedly.
