Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in Salesforce Administration to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and the ability to leverage this knowledge to enhance our software development processes.
Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Guide a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in Apex, LWC, triggers, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Oversee code reviews, enforce quality standards, and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce platform and integrations.
- 7-10 years of experience in software development.
- Strong background in Salesforce Administration.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect) preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
