- Design, code, test, and implement applications using AS400, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, RPG ILE Concepts, CLLE/400, DB2/400, SQL/400, and Job scheduler.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Document technical specifications and project progress for stakeholder communication.
- Proven experience in AS400, RPGLE/400 and SQL development.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with modern development tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
