Job Description Salary:
The Maintenance tech is a self-starter, action-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, including follow-up and follow-through. The Maintenance team oversees a large variety of projects in addition to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance needs both inside and outside of the facility.

Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.

Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal formats and build and maintain strong relationships.
Knowledge of general maintenance (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical).
Proficient in MSOffice Office Suite.
Strong project management or organizational skills.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Team Builder who can develop and lead teams with a shared goal around the mission and vision of Elevate Life Church.
Section 3:Proposed
Roles and Responsibilities Preventative Maintenance
- General maintenance and repair (entry level electrical, plumbing, hvac, etc.).
- Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Responds to work orders in a timely manner.
- Organizes and prioritizes projects based upon the needs of the day.
- Work with contractors for projects that are outsourced (as needed).
- Work with Maintenance team for building repair or project needs.
- Collaborate with Custodian staff for event needs.
- Ensure once projects are complete that proper communication and documentations is brought back to area leads/originators of work orders for proper follow through.
Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 1 year of prior Maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, hvac, certifications a plus)
