Event Sales Representative

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX, for an Event Sales Representative. The Event Sales Representative will manage end-to-end event sales processes, establish and maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include consulting with prospective clients, presenting tailored sales pitches, coordinating with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency at events, and managing sales goals and targets.

Additional duties may include providing post-event feedback and contributing to continuous process improvements.

• Sales and negotiation skills to attract prospective clients and close deals
• Event coordination and planning experience to execute successful onsite campaigns and activations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and managing relationships
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to adapt to dynamic scenarios
• Team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset to excel in meeting sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and experience creating sales reports is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
