Field Marketing Manager

Overview

Wild Fork is a rapidly growing omnichannel retail (bricks and mortar, ecommerce, home delivery) business in need of a strong field marketer who is passionate about driving a business and building brands through grassroots local marketing efforts like events, community partnerships, and local affinity group marketing. You will spend the majority of your time out in the community and our stores.

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the Wild Fork grassroots marketing efforts designed to drive traffic to the stores in the region and local ecommerce home delivery business as well.

• Lead grassroots marketing efforts to drive traffic to regional stores and local ecommerce home delivery.
• Craft a strategy and plan of attack for your region, partnering with the Market Leader, Store Leaders, and Marketing Team.
• Create and test a program from scratch, iterate based on results, and pursue strong ROI within the allocated budget.
• Adapt plans in a fast-paced retail environment based on sales results and market opportunities while maintaining organization and forward planning.

• Organized, proactive, and able to work ahead while staying flexible to adjust as required.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced retail setting and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
