As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading LOD shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate and celebrate associates and you have a passion for driving strong sales results. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.
- You have a passion for driving sales:
As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you are an expert at maximizing Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. - You're a people leader:
You motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values, model leadership, and hold associates accountable to AEO’s service standards on the Sales floor and in the Fitting Room. - Talent recruitment and training:
You recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs and train/develop associates to provide outstanding service and a Guest First culture. - Teamwork and performance:
You set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching. You motivate and celebrate outstanding performance. - Visual & operational innovation:
You execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. You ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and meet AEO Brand Standards. - Integrity and safety:
You maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow AEO policies and procedures, and do the right thing always.

Pay/Benefits Information- Actual starting pay is determined by factors including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
