Sales Support Associate II - Coach

The Sales Support Associate role is integral to the store’s success and efficiency, delivering friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and maintaining an organized sales floor. Accurate and effective work supports the flow of product from receipt through the point of sale.

Responsibilities
  • Cash Wrap
    —Greet customers, read cues, capture emails/names where permitted by law, maintain POS accuracy, keep the cash wrap organized and clean, suggest add-ons and gift cards, and thank customers to encourage return visits.
  • Stockroom / Warehouse
    —Receive shipments and transfers, notify management of new product, scan and verify carton information, communicate discrepancies, process shipments according to standards and time frames, organize stockroom daily (including offsite/remote warehouses as applicable), manage stock levels, and participate in inventory counts while maintaining loss prevention standards.
  • Sales Floor
    —Regularly analyze replenishment needs, replenish the assigned zone, respond to customer requests, support visual merchandising, and maintain housekeeping standards.

Additional Requirements
  • Experience:

    1-3 years of retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in luxury retail; knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical:
    Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), use of walkie talkie, reading price and product release sheets.
  • Physical:
    Ability to work at a fast pace; climb, bend, kneel; frequently lift/carry up to 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds for shipments/ transfers.
  • Schedule:

    Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic.
