About

The Role

In this role, you will ensure a safe and clean environment in all areas of the store. You will perform daily store cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently and complete operational processes as needed to provide an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's standards and procedures.

Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Maintain inventory levels of chemicals and supplies, reorder when low, and store properly.

Complete required training for chemicals, equipment, and maintenance.

Perform basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines.

Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and coordinate with the store team.

Support operations team with product receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment as needed.

Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.

Required Skills

Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask with attention to detail.
Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
No retail experience required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills

Experience in retail or service industries.

Pay starts at: $14.10 per hour.
