Kitchen Designer

Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. This role supports three store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service, welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, arrange for kitchen and/or bath measurements, meet with customers to review room designs, and present purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Designers support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe.

By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

• Assist customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing their kitchen and/or bath project needs, and providing showroom tours.
• Set up customers for kitchen and/or bath measurements and meet with them to review room designs and purchasing recommendations.
• Support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary.
• Support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment.
• Drive sales to meet department and store goals by aligning actions with the three store priorities.
