Base pay range$13.00/hr - $14.00/hr
The Food & Beverage Team is responsible for ensuring customer service satisfaction through food & beverage services.
- Takes Food and beverages orders, handles money, and maintains cleanliness of service areas
- Keep an orderly environment in Food & Beverages areas
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards
- Prepare a variety of foods and beverages according to visitors' orders or coordinators' instructions, following approved procedures.
- Other projects or responsibilities that may be assigned by management
- Provide excellent guest service experience
- Create a fun and exciting atmosphere
- Exhibit positive attitude, patience, and care
- Must be friendly, punctual, and reliable
- Can communicate effectively
- Have a strong focus on customer service
- Day shifts, no late evenings
