As a
Bartender with
Mud Bugs Bar & Grill
, you will:

• Ensure a positive guest experience and help guests feel welcome, important, and relaxed by being proactive and attentive to their needs.
• Support the Servers, Expediters and Kitchen team.
• Exemplify a warm and friendly disposition that fits in with our Louisiana Vibe.

More specifically you will:

• Set up the service bar section with approved liquor, wine, and beer brands.
• Inspect and confirm all tools, measuring and dispensing equipment are ready for service, clean, and in good repair.
• Prep, maintain, and replenish bar area including garnishes.
• Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies, and accurately transpose guest order sheets to the restaurant POS.
• Introduce menu choices, features and specials; and highlight fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.
• Make thoughtful culinary, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic beverage suggestions.

Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a bartender to be considered for this role.
