We are looking for a versatile and passionate Bartender and Servers to join our team in a crossover role at MVPs Bar & Grill. This flexible position allows you to work as both a bartender and Server
, providing top-notch service behind the bar or on the floor, depending on business needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver outstanding hospitality, and contribute to an energetic and team-oriented workplace.

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Take food and drink orders, accurately input them into the system, and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar and dining areas, following health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and responsibly.
• Engage with guests, fostering positive relationships and enhancing their experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team, adapting to different roles as needed.
• Support community initiatives and events, reflecting our commitment to community-driven sports passion.
• Uphold MVPs Bar & Grill’s core values in all aspects of your role.

• Previous experience as a bartender and/or server in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and general food service.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing responsibilities.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game nights as needed.
• Passion for sports and community engagement is a plus.
